Al Braatz has performed around the world working on productions across Europe and North America. Some credits include: Aladdin and the Twankey’s, as the title role, The Buddy Holly Story as Buddy Holly and recently starred in an award winning feature film, That is All. His work ethic and experience in the industry has made him into the artist he is today. He is grateful for every opportunity to share his craft and make the world a better place, while sipping a nice cup of Sipology.

Megan Brewster is a Social Media and Branding coach who has been an online entrepreneur for 5 years. She started off doing everything wrong and after years of studying marketing, social media platforms, psychology, and lots of experimenting, she found her passion in helping people build successful online businesses in a way that is both fun and sustainable. She loves helping people become confident in sharing what makes them unique and make genuine connections with people online.
Stories and Social Media Expert
Jess is a Facebook and Instagram Story strategist who specializes in product based businesses. A multi passionate business owner herself with seven years in the Network Marketing Industry, she fell in love with stories when they first launched and has since used them to launch two different business. She believes the authenticity and closeness stories can bring to you and your audience is exactly why this feature can help you take your business to the next level. Shes shows people how to create a stories strategy designed to propel their business forward WITHOUT taking time away from other tasks.
International Leadership Coach
Janice began her career as a teacher and during her 14th year of teaching met and fell in love with Direct Selling. She joined a new Direct Selling company to Canada - Discovery Toys in 1986 and moved into the top Leadership role, Executive Director in one year!
From there she became the only Diamond Director in Canada and developed a team of over 3000 consultants with 172 leaders within 5 years.
In 1996 she was given the opportunity to launch Pampered Chef in Canada. Janice started the business in her home and again enjoyed a successful start - but this time as a corporate leader. She began by doing shows and recruiting the founding consultants of the business. Within the first 6 months Pampered Chef had over 300 consultants and sales exceeded a million dollars!
In her 24 year career at Pampered Chef she wore many hats and ended her career as VP of International Business Operations, opening other countries for Pampered Chef including Mexico, Germany and the UK.
Currently she consults with Direct Sellers and coaches other leaders on Intentional Leadership.
Janice is passionate about leadership, teaching others and alerting people to the many opportunities within the Direct Selling world! From day one her passion was to share the many opportunities within the world of Direct Selling and how we can bring out the greatness in others through growing a business and leading others!

Kate Davis has the unique ability to find humour in any situation and offer creative solutions to defuse frustrations in both the workplace and at home.
A 12-time Canadian Comedy Awards nominee who has opened for Bill Clinton and Barabara Walters, Davis’ teaches effective tools for managing stress and sustaining motivation. As a writer, Davis has been published in Today’s Parent and Mom and Caregiver magazines. She is also the author of two books, The Breastfeeding Diaries, which won the iParenting media award, and Second Best Mom.
Social Media and Direct Sales Expert
Melanie is the mom of 4 girls and has been in the Direct Sales industry for more than 25 years, starting first in the field as a Consultant & Leader before moving into Corporate DS positions.
For the last 10 years, Melanie has served as the VP of Sales at several Direct Sales companies, the Director of Training & Development at a social media software company and as a corporate business Consultant for various newly launching Direct Sales companies. In the fall of 2019, Melanie launched her own training company called the Social Synergy Group where she & her team enjoy working with Consultants, Leaders, Coaches & Companies to exponentially grow their business online through training, private coaching and social media management.
The Bee Informed Partnership, Tech Transfer Team Coordinator
Anne Marie Fauvel is a biologist, nature lover and a foodie. Her early interests translated into becoming a passionate beekeeper and honey bee health specialist. Anne Marie works for the Bee Informed Partnership (BIP), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving honey bee colony health. BIP brings together all sides of the beekeeping industry collaborating with academic institutions, researchers, and commercial, sideliner and backyard beekeepers. Anne Marie coordinates the efforts of the Technical Transfer Team based in 5 main hubs across the U.S. providing honey bee colony assessments, sampling and a variety of testing services to the commercial beekeepers in over 17 states. Anne Marie brings the tech team’s unique ‘birds’ eye’ perspective on the beekeeping industry and combines it with her own beekeeping experiences to discuss all things honey bees and honey.
Founder & Chief Sommelier - The Wine Sisters
A certified sommelier, journalist and wine educator, Erin literally drinks and throws parties for a living. Having earned her designation from the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers in 2008, she worked for some of Toronto’s leading venues, including Canoe and the Badminton and Racquet Club of Toronto, before opening The Wine Sisters.
A regular guest wine and drinks expert on CTV’s The Social, Erin’s wine writing has also been featured in the Huffington Post, Maclean’s, theloop.ca, and Canadian Meetings and Events magazine.

Boni Rish has been with Sipology for almost 9 years. She enjoys playing piano, kayaking and the second man in her life, Earl Grey. She lives with her first man, Darren in Lloydminster, Alberta where they are enjoying the empty nest phase of life.
I’m Hedy, I live in Alabama with my other half and enjoy doing anything I can be creative with.... crafting, cooking and of course TEA! August will be 3 years since joining this supportive family and it has been LIFE CHANGING! I’m forever grateful.
I am a mother of 2 with 1 career and two side businesses. I work as a physician by day and have been a sipologist for 3 years, and own a dessert shop as of this year. I love my family first and foremost and try to spread kindness and incorporate fun in a purposeful way.

Melissa McGill is an Executive Director who has been a part of the Sipology CommuniTEA since January 2018. Melissa has spent more than 15yrs in the Home Textile Industry leading Product Development and Production Teams.

I'm Kiera!! A Nature loving Twin Momma from New England, born and raised! I've been with Sipology for almost 4 years now and am still amazed daily at how many lives I've helped to change, one cup of tea at a time!
Laura Schiller is a wife, mom of 3, and a lawyer. She was the first regional vice president in Sipology. She absolutely loves leading her TEAm of 3000 people and feels so grateful she can change so many people's lives one cup at a time.

Product Development Supervisor, Sipology by Steeped Tea
Amanda is the Product Development Supervisor at Steeped Tea. She has a passion for loose leaf tea as seen by the many tea sommelier courses she has taken! She creates all of the new consumable products here at Steeped Tea- from our loose leaf teas to salad dressings and more. She has an education in food science (Culinary Innovation and Food Technology) and years of experience in the food and beverage industry. She is excited to show you the secret power of sensory science, and how you can use it to help sell products and grow your business.
Operations and Procurement, Sipology by Steeped Tea
Hrvoje Cmrecki is Sipology's Operations and Procurement expert with over 15 years of industry experience. He has worked in logistics and supply chain overseeing a global network. Hrvoje currently oversees Sipology’s complex global supply chain to ensure that Sipologists have the highest quality ingredients and products for their customers.
Consultant Support Manager, Sipology by Steeped Tea
Warren comes to Sipology by Steeped Tea with an extensive history of Customer Success and Support experience. During his studies at The Ohio State University, he worked in worked as a Manager in a Customer Service department for a regional Bank. After graduating with his Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, he had every intention of working for the FBI. As he began the application process, he began to realize that he truly enjoyed the dynamic environment found in supporting customers and decided to guide his career in a different direction. Since then he has managed teams in all verticals of business, from Online Customer Service, BPO support, and Direct Sales. Through out the years he has found that there is no greater satisfaction than helping others to succeed in their work or personal lives. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree, Warren continued his education and received his MBA focused in Finance from Franklin University.

Victoria is a new addition to the Sipology team, recently joining as the Marketing Manager. With a varied resume, there is one theme underlying it all: unearthing the story within the data. In her role at Sipology, Victoria uses data to help make marketing decisions, but most importantly to craft authentic stories to connect Sipology with customers. She is pumped to share her insights on impactful and authentic marketing in what can be a noisy world.
Graphic Designer & Social Media Creator, Sipology by Steeped Tea
Nicole began her career with Sipology in 2013 as a graphic designer and has found her niche in Sipology’s catalogue and social media design. A highlight of her job is product and lifestyle photography, and seeing the social media traction growing exponentially. Nicole is eager to share her best tips and practices to get Sipologists taking insta-worthy shots right at home!
